Got 97.2 degrees not 98.6 tried on multiple people pushed deep in ear as instructed Instructions even say: "If you get abnormally low readings"

Item came used and not working

Hard to get it to work. Either fails to read or gives different consecutive readings.

I recieved the item and it was scratched and damaged. Then I pit batteries in and it did not give accurate reading. I feel I recieved a used product. Trying to process a return now. Not happy at all!!!

Returned it - wouldn't even turn on. Tried 3 sets of new batteries.

I got this 3 months ago and it stopped working. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible broke the first day

Will not work with the battery door close work fine when the back is off the inlinement of the battery is off big time

I Would Like to return it and get one that works.
