the issue with this thing is that once you put the batteries in the back will not totally close i think its the way they have it designed otherwise it works

Only problem I have found is that I have to take the battery back off, roll around the batteries, before it will work.

Disliked that had has to be level to get a trace. Disliked the small trace. Machine is small and feels cheap. Otherwise it is accurate and does the job.

When in light, especially sunlight, it will not take the reading and does not sense the finger. Otherwise works great and easy to manage

Was a very good product but it sadly broke since someone dropped it
