I received a product that had scratches and obviously was returned by another customer. But then I bought it at $29 usually sold at $40. Wanted something at home that gave a relative idea of the oxygen situation, was not expecting accuracy. This item takes more than a minute and half to give results.

While the setup and use of this product is very simple, I found the instructions to be difficult to read due to very poor grammar. This does not inspire confidence. Follow up: I read where fit and ambient lighting affects the accuracy of oximeters. I have observed this to be the case with this product.

Every time I use it I get different results. Just switching from one hand to the other gives different results during the same seating.

I'm happy with the way this one works. I have a cheaper one that wont read my husband at all and when it does says his o2 is to low and it's wrong so I got this better one. I have to say the only VERY disappointing thing is it didn't have a case with it and it's supposed to have one. I see other complaints with the same problem. I decided to keep mine anyway but it would be nice if the company would make it right with people.

easy to use. However, the result is not stable and change all the time. I used other brand and feels much better and result come out faster and stable.

Really good product. Easy to read lettering. Everything excellent except the added feature of the screen automatically changing orientation. This made it not very usable other than when sitting still in a very controlled situation. The screen kept flipping. Had to return it.

I got this for myself and perhaps a backup in case an elderly family member who is on home oxygen damaged theirs. As a baseline I have checked myself, a supposedly healthy lunged person and I'm usually around 97-98ish with two other oximeters. On this one it shows 97 for the first second and then keeps dropping down to 96, 95, 96, 95, 98.... just seems odd. The screen is probably the easiest to read that I've seen though so there is that.
