Instructions are not the best, but still understandable with occasional re-reads. Pulse rate seems to read a little lower than pulse on Omron BP device

PROs: Typical pulse-oxy meter, compact, e-z to use. Well packaged for retail. CONs: For the price, batteries should have been included.

It’s very compact, very easy to read. Just make sure you don’t have nail polish on, because it won’t be able to read your oxygen level. I recommend this product.

The only problem with this was the batteries which should have been in the package were missing. Someone either forgot to put them in the box or they were stolen in the warehouse ☹️

First product had to be exchanged because it wouldn't turn on. Replacement product is working well. Seems to work well for adults. Does not work for my toddlers little fingers. Great for occasional home use, not sure it would hold up for frequent use in a medical clinic.

The heart rate is spot-on as compared to our blood pressure wrist cup. The O2 seems to be low when compared with other monitors. This shows 95-96 when the other shows 97-98.

Very accurate. Tested against our other expensive unit and read the same. This one even had rotatable read out. Our expensive one doesn't.

The reading took a couple of seconds to come up. The lanyard that is given to you is pretty low quality I don't have a lot of confidence it will last very long. The screen is very easy to read and the fact that it rotates is a nice feature.

Super easy to use, and I like the finger out notification. The instructions manual mentions included batteries, but there were none. It's just two AAA batteries so not a huge issue for me. The meter works great, but I think it is intended for personal use, not heavy use in a medical setting. It isn't sturdy enough for that.
