Return because it didn’t work

It was opened and used. The front is scratched and the hinge loose. I need it to keep on top of Covid symptoms or else I would return it

It worked fine for 2 months and then died. There seems to be no way of returning it and getting it replaced or refunded. Stay away!

I was so excited to get this product in the mail but when I got it. Smh. It never even turned on.

The oxygen reading is completely Inaccurate and I need it for my asthma.

Would not recommend this for anyone who wants real numbers.

The product was purchased for a loved one that I was caring for. It was a little disappointing to find out that the product malfunctioned and did not work.

It’s accurate and easy to read, but Must change out the batteries every two days for it to work. May be best for home use and not hospital uses

Doesn’t work at all.

We bought the product in June 2021 but just opened the box to use it today (Sept 2021). Unfortunately, the device does not power on. We used new batteries.
