I use this at work and it is very accurate (better than the one my job has), it is very easy to read also and it doesn't take too long for the reading to come up. Also it does measure little kids as well except when they are trying to wiggle their hands of course.

The monitor is very easy to read using the directions sent with the monitor.

Our daughter suggested that we should get this product since we are senior citizens with some health issues. We have successfully used it especially when having virtual doctor's appointments.

Not sure of accuracy because t I get a 97 reading for oxygen so it must be close.
