Did not work immediately after opening.

Doesn’t work, it was broken upon arrival, of course return is past date...

I sent this to a friend as a gift but I felt so bad because my friend received it defective. It won’t show your reading! I am ashamed to send the return label and ask her to return it herself. I ended up telling her to throw it away. What a waste of money! I hope I would get a replacement.

If you put new batteries in it will work. Few days later it does not. Save your money.

The box had been opened, the device had been repackaged, and the batteries that were supposed to be included were missing. I paid for a new product, not used or refurbished. It is unusable as delivered.

The accuracy is crap. Says my Oxygen was 73% and heart rate was 169.. doubt that's real. Kept it to use as a toy for my daughter. Otherwise I'd return it.

Didn't came with storage bag, and or the cord for the neck either, and have a hard time finding what battery needs. I can put a review until I figure out, the battery size

This product failed and not even 2 months old. Very poor product would not recommend to purchase.

My hubby went to ER 8 hour stay because it read that had oxygen sat of 78🙁! I returned product.

When it works, it works. When it stops after very light use in home health after 3 months, it's quite annoying.
