The unit only worked with the battery cover off?? Didn’t return because I needed it but would not buy this one again

Used it one time and the next morning it stopped working. I'm not sure how accurate it was. Complete waste of money.

This is so frustrating. It worked the day I received it. I fresh batteries in and got a good reading. A few weeks later when I was having trouble breathing (severe asthma), I went to use it and the screen was all gobbly-gook, it made no sense at all. I replaced the batteries, just in case. Now the screen is completely black like as though it has no power. Waste of money and too much stress when I'm concerned about my health.

This device doesn’t come with batteries and it’s hard to get the batteries to stay in. It looks like very cheap plastic.

The box the device came in appeared that it had previously been opened. I am assuming I was sent a returned item. If the readings it gave me were true I wouldn't even be able to write this review. The readings were sp02 of 77 and a pulse of 32 - 35. Clearly not accurate. I would suggest spending a few more bucks to get something that works.

It is not working at all . It looks like it is damaged or a faulty piece . Stay away

It is basically a random number generator.

Total piece of Chinese junk. Right out of the box the only way to turn this thing on and operate it required removing the white battery cover. The design is very poor. When you snap the cover on it causes pressure on the outer contacts which causes loss of power. Two days later, this thing doesn't turn at all, no matter what. You get what you pay for.

The first one arrived and would only work if the back was off. Tried a second and this one wouldn't work at all! Just refunding and trying a different brand all together. Disappointed.

These came on but they didn’t hold your finger tight enough to do a good reading. I would recommend you to find something else Denise I set mine back
