The assembly was super easy. Anyone can do it! The bed is very sturdy. If you purchase, the 2nd to last step is putting in 2 center pieces labeled "E". We secured one end of each piece then turned the bed on it's side to let gravity do it's thing to line up the second holes to insert the screws. That worked. Everything else lined up perfectly.

Very easy to put together, the instructions are kinda hard to read but once you get the main pieces its smooth sailing. It was the two of us putting it together but i could've totally done it by myself, just alot slower. Steady and does the job, plus the height is great for storage.
