The photo looks like leggings or bike shorts. They are actually shorts, not suitable for wearing under dresses or skirts.

Great Price on this 3 pack of bike shorts but they are very thin,you can see through them so you will have to watch what kind of panties you wear.They are comfortable and so far do not ride up.If you wear a tunic I feel they will work and they are stretchy
