The media could not be loaded.  Quiet efficient dual use unit. The unit was delivered in two separate boxes. The instructions for installing was pretty straight forward and on the listing, there's even a video to help clear up the installation process. Installation was pretty easy for my husband. It did a wonderful job cooling our place the past summer and I love that it has to option for heat so that I could be used for the coming winter season. The fan rotates up and down to move the air around and allows for it to circulate the room better. Pretty satisfied with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Using a split AC is such a a wonderful thing. We added a studio to our home so we could have some extra income and I am quite impressed with how easily it keeps it cool in these hot Arizona summers. We were able to install it ourselves and connect it. When winter comes we will see how well the heat works. It is easy to operate and holds up so well.

I’m very pleased with the purchase and the mini split unit that i purchased from Costway and the company has been very helpful to me. I would highly recommend the mini split unit for anyone who wants a very nice heat and air conditioning unit. I’m happy with my purchase and the people that i have talked with at Costway. I read all the reviews before buying. I was not worried about the install as I am pretty handy but figured why not check google. "Costway split AC unit Install" Come on peeps... Costway provides a great step by step instructional video on YouTube. They clearly give you all the measurements for install. Entire process took me about two hours with a trip to the hardware store for screws. I assumed it included them. Nothing was missing from the box. I didn't use the putty as I prefer spray foam.

Switching to all split systems for central heat and ac. looked for the best buy from a company I felt woulkd back their product. This unit (22,000 btu) seems to be well made. I was surprised to see it ran on only 14.5amps. Both the heat mode and the cooling work well. The unit is quiet even though it is mounted on the inside and outside of the living room wall. No vibration or compressor noise thru the wall to the inside, NONE AT ALL. This surprised me as I have been working on ac units for 40 years. I guess the inverter control is a big plus. The unit was easy to install and held a vaccum with no problems. After tightening the flares I moved them at the joints to check for failure but they seem to be sturdy. I pulled a deep vacuum one day and left the system for a few days before opening the valves. The vacuum was holding and I checked for leaks after opening the valves. No problems here. The guy who did not pull a vacuum will loose efficiency and shorten the life of his system. leaving moisture and O2 in a sealed system is a death wish especially with an explosive gas like R32. If you don't have a pump or fitting to match they are sold on Amazon and most tool places or you could probably borrow a pump from a good auto supply. I'll ad to the review after a heating season has passed.
