Works great so far. Just got it and still learning Windows 8.
Love it
I travel a lot using Microsoft excel extensively. When I received the item it would not hold a charge. I contacted costumer service and was given return authorization. I then decided to google problem. It turns out this is a common problem and is windows not recognizing the battery. It was a simple fix following Microsoft's help page.
That was the only complaint i have. i did not request a signature since i would be at the house by the time but the package was sent that way. so i had to ask them to hold at the location and then go to pick it up.
