Item was too small even though I ordered a size up

I purchased these slippers for use within the house, to keep warm during the winter. They do their job, BUT when I pull my foot out, the fur comes out with it. Can't wear these unless I have socks on too, which defeats the purpose of having them at all. Would not recommend.

I ordered a size 8. Said size 8 on shoe. too small, gave them to a friend who wears a size 6. Fit her perfect.

Shoes were nice but the fur definitely comes out

The sole is more of a soft foam, I found no support at all.

I wear a size 10. Ordered an 11 to be sure i had plenty of room. Most reviews said it fit as expected. Wrong!!! Too tight. Width is fine but length is wrong. Stuck with them because I was in desperate need and trying to wear them anyway.

Bought one size larger as advised and still a little short but biggest disappointment is that the sole is very thin.Not what I expected for something advertised for outdoors. No real definition to left foot, right foot so fit is not great. Nice and warm and fuzzy.

Fluffy and soft but zero cushion on the bottom.. got them for indoor/outdoor and can barely walk across the gravel. I'm usually a size 8 -81/2 and sized up and got a 9. Fit well.

Slippers are ok but the inside keeps coming out everytime the foot comes out. Sending it back.

Was really excited to get these and wore them out to the store or to take my dog out for a potty. They were pretty comfy and I liked them except for the fact that after 2-3 months, the bottoms started to come off and there was a huge hole in the bottom!
