The fabric inside the slipper is quite cozy at first, but it collects odor quickly (even when wearing socks) and then does not wash well.

I had ordered this slipper before in a size 10 which ran small.I kept it and was stretching it myself to fit better.This time I ordered an 11 and it said 11 on the pkg.but had to be a 9 ,I sent it back so the sizes are off.The other pair I ordered with this pair loos like two left feet but I have my stretcher out trying to shape it I think I have to go back to Minnetonka they cost more but you have an arch and they do fit better.

(Forced to give a star) I HATE dealing with returning product, these shoes are so small! I ordered a size 8, and it fit like a 6.5, way to small! I purchased for my mom and will have to buy her another pair. I would recommend not buying from this seller.

I was really looking forward to receiving these. I wanted something to wear around the house and and be able to wear running errands. they came--- and --- I got about 3/4 of my foot in ( I wear 8-81/2 and ordered an 9)my son even tried getting my foot in, no way was this going to work. I returned them (very easy). I've since reordered in a larger size, so we shall see... They seem to be well made, or I wouldn't bother

Super disappointed I wear a size 11 and was excited to get these but unfortunately will not be able to wear as they are super small disappointed it says true to size when not waste of money and who has time to return and wait for there money to be sent back will not reccomend til sizing is changed they look super comfy but unfortunately I won't never know!!

These are a cheaper quality than you would even expect for $30, I also would recommend sizing up I wear a 7.5 or 8 I read the reviews and got a 9 that fit. The quality is horrible the bottoms are already coming off of the slippers after 4 days of wearing them around my house and the fuzz that’s in the shoe keeps coming out on my feet and socks like crazy. I definitely wouldn’t purchase these again.

Rubber soles tore on both slippers, toward end of February or early March, so did not last long past the return date, so could not return for refund. Pile lining inside slippers was so thick the shoes were tight and I was annoyed at the pressure it put on the bottom of my toes. I have another pair thats never been out of the package, but I don’t want them. I want a refund for both pairs, then I’ll order different brand of slippers. These were purchased around Jan. 19, 2019.

Loved the warmth, and the fit. Will miss the comfort BUT "durability" is/was virtually non-existent.

I just got my slipper, just opened the packaging super excited and I immediately saddened by the dumb person who punctured the shoes with packaging. I don't know who is in charge of packaging the shoes but the two slippers are attached to some cardboard and the attached plastic binding this all together is straight through the bottom of the shoes. So needles to say, don't wear these outside or in a watered area because these shoes come with holes in them. Word of advice seller, don't put holes in the bottom of your shoes. :/

I bought 3 pairs of these...1 women's brown, 1 women's gray and 1 men's black. The gray and black have gotten amazing feedback from my SIL and brother. Comfortable and no fuzz fallout. The brown, for me, on the other hand? I CAN'T STAND THE FUZZ! Every time I take my feet out of the slipper, my toes are covered in the white fuzz and I have to pick it out and it's really aggravating. Fuzz on top of, underneath, and in between my toes. Doesn't matter if I'm wearing socks or not, the fuzz fallout is unreal. STAY AWAY FROM THE BROWN UNLESS YOU WANNA SPEND 5 MINUTES PLUCKING YOUR TOES EVERY TIME YOU TAKE THEM OFF. I can't rate it more than 1 star due to that, which is sad because they're comfortable and the other colors didn't have this issue. I did size up like the other reviews mentioned which was a good idea, but they stretched out a little bit and are now a little loose, but it's not a big deal. THE FUZZ IS THOUGH.
