I can’t comment much on the lunchbox as I don’t really have to keep in unrefrigerated for long. It goes from my home fridge to the work fridge. Space-wise it’s ok. I did opt for the child’s size only because the other ones are too high and were a tight fit in the fridge (I prep my lunches the night before.)
