Usage Directions: With clean hands, insert filter by lining up groove with ridge in reservoir. Press firmly. Add cold tap water. Pour out the first 3 pitchers of water. Replace filter every 120 gallons (about six months). See User’s Guide for detailed instructions. No presoak or rinse required!

This is a great way to drink filtered water in your home and it’s so refreshing and convenient. I love the way it comes out because it’s just easy and it’s enough for my grandson to pour it in his cup. It doesn’t leak and it’s easy to clean and fill it up.

Greatest house warming gift I’ve ever received. I don’t have to refill it over and over again.
Purchased this last month after having a long stint of buying bottlewater through van and from another store. Spent lot of money on packaged water and the taste used to vary everytime. Finally decided to buy Brita 27 cup model that came with a default ultra filter and followed instructions to soak and dispense first couple of rounds of tank upon full pitch and then Oh.. Yes.. It did a great job. The city water that smells odd and feels like chlorine when taken from tap is ultimately turned to pure water in a way now that its doing its job as promised and when I did a water strip testing , it does make the water little soft too adding to our craving to sip more and more. Thank you for the genuine stuff that is liked by all family members now and we are sticking to this from now on. No more carrying heavy 5 gallons from other places to home , no more water delivery. The plastic BPM quality is good and all parts work great. As an average customer who looks for all sorts of betterments on such products, I genuinely recommend this to friends
I am obsessed with my Brita dispenser. The pitcher I had before needed to be refilled and have the filter replaced much more often but this one saves so much time and even money~
