I tried to this skirt on in a size 2, and I am around 110 pounds and 5‘1“. While the waist fit well, the length was much longer than expected – definitely way longer on me probably because of my height. The pleats along the top were a nice design touch and the skirt had a nice flowy vibe. I was not a fan of how visible the slip was underneath. The side closure made for a nice smooth fit and the fabric was soft. This is a great option if you are taller, wear higher heels or don’t mind a longer fit. The fabric and the style are really pretty. It’s very light and airy, not transparent thanks to the lining, but you’ll need nude underwear. I like the wide hem at the bottom, it adds a nice touch that makes the skirt look more expensive than it is. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I have a 13” difference between waist and hip, and there was a big gap in the waist when I got a size that fits my hips. I mistakenly believed that the pleated area would be stretchy, but it isn’t. If you have a slimmer hips, this would probably work great for you. I think it would look so pretty with one of those tie front gilets or puff sleeve tops. I took off a star for the lack of customizable fit, but the skirt itself I really can’t fault at this price point.

I purchased this women's skirt in store. I really, really wanted to love this skirt. I am looking for a full length white or cream skirt and I like that this one is very lightweight. The layers are nice. It fits great in the waist and has a side zipper. I'm wearing a size 4 and am 5'4" for reference. It fits true to size. The problem with this skirt is that it is completely see through. Even with multiple layers, you can see right through it. I could not wear this in public. For the price, I would think a better liner would be included. I received an incentive to write this review.
