This is the second type of water system that I have bought. It is different than the first one I had and seems easy to use and my cats and dogs seem to like it a lot. It has a good system to warn you when you need to add more water better than the other one that I had.

I love this water bowl but the cats don’t care for it. I wish they did but they don’t. Works well though.

What a great product for the price! My dog is enjoying nice fresh water. The capacity is large and doesn’t have to be refilled constantly. Love this!

Love it ! I especially love the fact that the water gets filtered...with the filters provided.

I bought a cat water filter from Amazon it was more expensive and after a week or so I noticed the motor became really loud. Motor was so loud it scares my cats away. However this cat water filter is awesome. It was less expensive and better quality. It makes not motor sounds and my cats are liking it.

This fountain has proved to be popular with my male cat. It wasn't difficult to put together after cleaning it, though the cord connection was a little iffy at first. I check the fountain every other day so that it remains filled. The water seems to also be cool, which is a good thing. I've not noticed my girl cat drinking from the fountain, yet. I've kept a regular water bowl filled as well. My only caveat is where to find replacement filters. I'm now figuring out that. Overall, this is a great fountain for cats. They drink upright, rather than pointing their heads toward the floor. This matches their food bowls.

The fountain part worked great but it kept leaking water all over the floor. Looked but could not find where the leak was.

When I originally received this item, I love the way it worked. However, I came time to change the filter. I had several that came with it, but I was trying to locate a place where I could buy more. Unfortunately I could never find a place where I could buy more. I reported it to Tanga and initially they communicated with me about trying to find where I could buy them. But in the end they stopped communicating and they could never tell me where I could get more filters so I had to stop using it I would not recommend buying this item now.

But after 2 weeks it no longer worked had to throw it out as I threw out the paperwork didn’t think I’d need it guess I should’ve saved it . Obviously very cheaply made .
