You can get a 3 pack of wires for 1.99 for iPad 3/ iPhone 4 &'iPad 4/ iPhone 5 lightning wires for 3.99. The small ones that are needed. Also I have had no issues with the off brand long wires for my iPad 4/iPhone 5S with syncing and charging. Even when you pay 20.00 for 1 Apple wire, which I have, one needs to be careful on how they grab them. Never grab any wires from the wire, you must grab from the USB to unplug or you will damage even the Apple wires and they will be useless. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AS IT WORKS AND REDUCES CLUTTER. BOUGHT EVERYTHING NEEDED INCLUDING 2 SETS OF 3 PACK WIRES FOR WELL UNDER 100.00 W/FREE SHIPPING. Now going to purchase another one for personal since it works so well at work.

My family gifted this to ourselves for Christmas. Does exactly what we want it to do. I spent the additional money for short USB charging cables, and we now regularly charge an Android tablet, an iPad mini, an Android smartphone, an iPhone 5 and several iPods with a minimum of clutter on our kitchen counter. This unit will also travel with us when we vacation in our travel trailer. I highly recommend.

Bought this quite some time ago, and no problem whatsoever. Does just what I'd hoped it would. We have several devices that we charge on it, and it works wonderfully. The power cord did not stay in it's slot, but a little super glue took care of that minor issue. I would recommend this to anyone with kids who frequently need to charge devices.

We have so many items to charge, this makes it a breeze. Great quality and functionality. Would be nice if they included the cables but we found the Belkin Short cables to work great for lightning devices. We use the provided chargers for everything else. Anything with a USB charger can be plugged in if it meets the power requirements.

We have teenagers and require all phones to be plugged in at night. This thing has been awesome. We can all fit our phones on it and there aren't wires junking up the whole counter. I purchased 6" cables from Best Buy and the whole thing makes a much more organized look in our kitchen.

Place for everything and everything in its place comes to mind when using this. Easier to keep electronics charged because everything is conveniently in one spot and not lying around the house somewhere with battery dying.

No issues at all. the iPad needed a longer cord than the smaller 3" one you use for the cell phone (cords purchased separately). Now it's all my devices and my husbands devices in one central place using only one electrical outlet and the price was right!
