They work perfectly on my Oral-B iO! Just got the iO brush a while back and I love it but it was time to replace the brush head and the replacement heads work the same as the one that came with the brush (Big smile) My teeth and gums feel awesome as always. I will definitely be sticking with this brush and I am glad to have the great replacement brushes on hand for when it's time to change the brushes. Love that they are "gentle care"!! I love the deep reach of the bristles. Easy to replace. The bristles are not extra soft, that is great. I like a bit more for mine. They do a good job cleaning my teeth, and in between with the 2 length bristles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Convenient two pack replacement. Easy to detach for cleaning and hygiene, the connector clicks together smoothly and the hold is strong and doesn't shift. The bristles are soft and the micro vibrations are pleasant and consistent with the original brush. Has a few places where old toothpaste can get stuck if not rinsed properly but I disinfect daily and have not experienced issues. Sturdy, soft bristled replacement brush, highly recommended.
