Maybe it’s the batch I received, but the two pods I tried, although the individual pods were labeled “Cookie Jar Double Chocolate Chunk“, had no hint of chocolate. Since the other reviews specifically complimented the chocolate flavor, I’m assuming I got a batch that was mislabeled. Pity!

It was supposed to have the flavor of double chocolate chunk cookie but there was absolutely no flavor in the coffee!! It was horrible to drink!!!!!!!

I thought that this would be a great treat, without adding unhealthy syrups and sugars, but this is the worst. It has very little taste. Both the chocolate and coffee are so weak that any flavour is barely discernible.Also, the material on the top of the K-cup is so thick, I practically have to force the lid down to penetrate the top. Even more frustrating is that after each of the two K-cups I tried, my Keurig seemed clogged after using them.I am extremely disappointed that I was advised that I am unable to get a refund, as well. This is essentially a defective product and Amazon should regard it as such, and provide me with a credit.

Absolutely no chocolate or cookie flavor at all. Extremely bitter undrinkable garbage. False advertising at it's finest. I'd give it ZERO stars if possible.

I never write negative reviews- but I cannot return this item due to policy and I am now stuck with something I just am not going to drink. I hope it is just a bad batch I got- when I had the peanut butter cookie it was delicious so I really expected same. Not only is there no chocolate flavor at all, the coffee flavor is so weak that I did not even enjoy this as just a plain cup of coffee. this is going to sit in my pantry or just end up in the trash. Again- I have had the peanut butter cookie flavor many times before and it was excellent so I just am really surprised and disappointed. And I am really not fussy - I would have just used it as plain coffee even though I was after the chocolate flavor, and just never purchased this flavor again but it was weak as coffee with no taste at all.
