The package arrived quickly and although the directions are in very small print and can be a little vague, I just checked on YouTube for a visual explanation of the procedure. Even after the first application, I noticed my teeth appeared lighter. After several more applications there was a definite improvement in their whiteness. I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it. To me, just as easy as whitening strips, but more effective and a lot less expensive.
