I bought this to help me sleep since the husband snores. I loved it at first because I'm a side sleeper. Used it only 8 times and it stopped holding the charge even after charging for a few hours. Very disappointing.

I spent $20 which I never spend on earphones... I don't use often however I noticed the last two time's I used them (and I use MAYBE ONCE A WEEK) I have a shortage in the left ear which is VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING... ***IT WOULD BE NICE TO RETURN***

UPDATE: The product will not charge. I have returned it and received my money back.The sound quality is good and the noise cancelation would be good if the headband wasn't too big for me. I think I have a slightly smaller head than the average woman, but I've never had an issue with "one size fits all" headbands or hats before. I can't figure out how to use the volume controls without it switching songs on me, but that's likely user error.Overall, I got these to drown out the sound of my fiance snoring and it does it's job and stays charged for a long time. I only wish the headband was a bit smaller or their were size options.

I wished this product was built with quality components because I love the concept. Unfortunately, after the 4th use, the product stopped connecting with my device. First it would disconnect after a few minutes, then it just stopped piping sound altogether even though my device indicated a connection. The sound was actually coming through my laptop speakers with the bluetooth indicator showing that it was paired to the headband. I charged the device overnight to try again and had the same result. This is so disappointing because there was no lag between video and audio, and I was truly enjoying the headband for a few days before it conked out.
