Very disappointed that after 1 week of use, these headphones will not charge anymore. Other than that, they were nice.

Will you PLEASE either test out your equipment perfectly and/or NOT damage it?!? I say this because literally the last two orders I’ve had of this specific item shared one thing in common: One headphone worked perfectly, but the other DIDN’T. It felt like I was hearing the sound from mono. FROM MONO. The second time I ordered this, the other side sounded all static-y. WILL YOU PLEASE EITHER TEST OUT OR FIX THIS before shipping your items? I’m sorry, but it’s REALLY ANNOYING.

I was very disappointed by this item. There is no volume control on the unit itself, you have to rely on the device playing the music. And even with my phone turned up to max these headphones were very quiet. There is zero noise cancellation. They are also rather uncomfortable for anyone who is a side sleeper. The speaker presses against your ear and created pressure points that will wake you up at night.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

They no longer Work after only a few months.. I liked them when they worked but no longer do because they do not and I am unable to return them.

These won’t stay on. They seem to charge, they turn on and pair. They work for about 2 minutes and then they die. But I can turn them back on so it doesn’t seem to be a battery or charging problem. They’ve been more frustrating than they’re worth after 6 weeks and it’s too late to return them. Barely used waste of money.

I have no clue how this got so many good reviews?? I'm sure these headphones would be great ....if I could turn them up louder, so quiet they are useless.

I had high hopes for this product. I like to listen to music while sleeping, but I don't want to disturb anyone else in the house. This product looked like it would be comfy for sleep. It's not. There is no way to adjust the head band to make it any tighter on your head, so it just slides around all night. The speakers are nice and flat but are nearly impossible to keep on your ears due to no adjustability of the band. You can move the speakers around a little, but it's useless since the band itself will not stay put. The volume is too low, even at its highest setting, because the speakers won't stay in place. I would not recommend this product, especially if you're wanting to us it for sleeping.

Review may not make sense as I ranked features high. Waking up with burns on my forehead cancel all the good and this ends up with too good to be true purchases.

This set of headphones is what I've been looking for. Something that I can fall asleep with, so I don't disturb my wife and yet won't fall out of my ears once I nod off. Unfortunately, it would not connect to either of my Samsung TVs. We have a 2019 Frame TV which would recognize the headphones and show them in the bluetooth devices list, but would never pair successfully. I thought perhaps there was an issue with that TV, so I tried it on my another 2018 Samsung NU TV and this time the TV couldn't even recognize them as a device, so they never showed under the bluetooth menu. I'm sure these are probably nice when they work, but I'm not splurging on a new TV just to get working headphones. Definitely disappointed as bluetooth should be "universal" and backwards compatible.

This was the worst choice for sleeping in. I bought this to listen to ASMR at night, in bed, but it constantly moves around your head, even when you just lay your head on the pillow or are still. The speakers were constantly moving off my ears, and it was more aggravating than anything. Plus, the band wasn't comfortable and the noise cancellation was not great. I still heard outside noise and even the low hum of my fan, and I had the volume all the way up. The sound quality was a 6 out of 10.
