This product worked for 1 month and now it constantly disconnects from my tablet while in use for no apparent reason. It is fully charged and close to the tablet it is matched with but still doesnt stay on. There is no customer support number to call and possibly find out why this is happening, only an email address which has been nonresponsive so far. Super disappointed in this product. I would go for another brand if I were you.

I must have received a defective set based on all the good reviews. The volume is very low even at the highest setting. I only use these at night to fall asleep. If I put them on before I get ready for bed I really can’t hear. I have to pause while I brush my teeth - no way to hear it then. I can’t imagine exercising in these. You wouldn’t hear anything over heavy breathing from exertion.

I don't think I have an abnormally small head but this was huge! I was looking for something to wear to listen to white noise while falling asleep and this did not work. The sound quality was ok for the price, nothing about these are noise canceling (I wasn't expecting that at this price point) and the headband was about 3" too big around . The headphone location couldn't be moved within the headband so unless the headband for perfectly and lined up with your ears perfectly - this would be a total miss.Returned.

*Update- I have had this for abour 7 weeks and 2 weeks ago it stopped functioning correctly. It now stops working in the middle of the night. It pauses the music and will not stop doing so. I have unpaired and repaired and it still does it. It may work for a night or two but then it malfunctions again. Very disappointed. I can't even use it anymore because it is so frustrating. Perfect for sleeping! It's so soft and the speakers are so flat that they don't hurt to sleep on. I have been looking for headphones that are comfortable to sleep in and I finally found them!

So disappointed. The first time I used this, I really liked it. The volume was fine, and it worked great for falling asleep to music or meditations. That changed quickly. Even at the highest volume, it’s impossible to hear. When you get to the highest volume, it makes a very loud beeping sound, which was entirely jarring while falling asleep. Don’t waste your money.

I originally had this product delivered on Sept 11, 2021 and within days it stopped being able to charge. I returned and replaced for a new pair and those arrived on the 17th, and on the 3rd night, they also stopped charging. I gave low rating because unless you are using this product ONLY to be soft hairband, it's good. But if you are looking for an electronic, there is something terribly wrong. One not working is not a huge deal as this happens with electronics sometimes. But 2 products that are defective in 2 weeks is just silly.

Mine won't charge, so it's completely worthless (and of course I didn't realize this until the return window had closed). It's a USB-C charger, and I've tried three different ones with no success.When they were working, I found the top volume to be too quiet (although the beep letting you know that you've reached top volume is ear piercing).They are comfortable, and most people can probably sleep in them, but that's literally the only positive. Spend your money on a different brand that's actually rechargeable, these are single use.

I needed to wash the band and after HOURS of trying to get the wires back in, I just couldn't. I finally got them in, but then the band wouldn't stretch and was barely big enough to fit on my wrist. It needs better instructions, and the ear pieces needs to be labeled left and right. I tried everything, hubby tried everything, we couldn't get it back in right!

The device is horrible! the speakers are HUGE! Hurts your years if you lay on them, which is supposed to be the application for this device! I was not able to return because I could not find he box, so I took it apart and put the speakers from an old broken AcousticSheep SleepPhones that I had and those speakers worked much better! I also dislike the headband design, too bulky, need something that is just a band around my ears not that covers almost all my head. I am planning now to take off the band that came with it and put on the AcousticSheep SleepPhones headbands.

This is a really terrible product. I have a normal size head, but could not get the headphones positioned anywhere close to where my ears actually are, and it’s so tight the control panel was painfully pressing into my forehead. I tried to sleep in it, but within just a few minutes had developed a headache and had to take it off. The material is thin and scratchy. It’s so thin you can’t pull it down over your eyes like a sleep mask; it does not block out light at all. I returned it and do not recommend it.
