The vacuum arrived in time and in a nice package. I unpacked it, assembled it, and plugged the charger in overnight. Next morning it would not work! I shook the vacuum head and discovered that there’s a loose or broken part inside. Nice looking but quality control sux.

The best product I have ever had, highly recommended!1. Light weight, the body itself is only 3.2lb compared to 6.7lb for Dyson V11. You can totally use it with one hand, and your arm won’t sore after a brief cleaning with it to be honest. The maximum suction is 160AW on Roborock compared to 185 AW, this slightly better suction power is beaten easily by the light-weight of Roborock.2. The lock-on button. With it, you don’t need to keep holding the trigger to let the vacuum keep working, you just need to hold it. For Dyson, you must hold the power button all the time, I know it’s possible with some extra purchase like trigger lock; but you get it for FREE with Roborock.3. The Magnetic Dock just makes it super easy to keep all the different brushes ready to use any time, so there is no excuse to not use the best one for the specific task (whether you are learning the floor, the bedding etc).4. The Felx Tube coming along in the package for FREE is another plus! I used to pay extra money for it with Dyson, this flex tube can be super helpful when you are cleaning underneath your carpet, in the corner of the drawer etc. And you get it for FREE!5. The dustbin and filters are washable so it’s got to be cleaner and more budget-friendly! (You have 2 for free in the package).6. It comes with dust bag support, which is very import for sensitive group of people.

Great stick vacuum. It's easy to charge and use. It comes with several different attachments. The suction power is really good and it's super convenient to use. Battery life is great. I used on multiple speeds for about thirty mins with no problem. Would recommend.

Wow, I am really impressed by the suction power on this. I wanted to just have this for my upstairs which is mostly hardwood and a couple of rugs. I was so impressed by the job it did that I decided to try it out downstairs where I have carpet and rugs. The amount of dust and dog hair that it sucked up was surprising as I vacuum daily. This comes with several attachments but they only attach to the wall Mount. You need to hang the mount near an outlet if you want to charge it when mounted. The battery life is really good, it tells you the percentage and the time you have left. At full charge is about an hour

Mi trovo molto bene con questa spazzola. E' indispensabile per chi ha comprato l'aspirapolvere della Roborock H6, che purtroppo tra le varie spazzole in dotazione non ha previsto (o l'ha fatto apposta...) quella per i pavimenti duri. Avendo piastrelle in tutta la casa è stato un acquisto obbligato, in quanto la spazzola venduta con l'aspirapolvere è adatta per i tappeti e moquettes e su pavimenti duri è piuttosto rumorosa. Questa invece funziona benissimo ed è molto più silenziosa!
