Very disappointing experience. Instructions and fasteners were missing. This was supposed to be my wife's birthday present and you GUYS totally ruined it.

They're not happy with it only got one chair together so we took it apart and put it back in the box and returning it to you thank you

Overall really bad quality product, missing parts included screws so we couldn't assemble it properly (had to go to Home Depot to buy some similar screws that ended up being a bad idea because they couldn't fit well. Once assemble, product did not look great.

Small, short, uncomfortable, cushions are thin, made out of plastic ... took over 2 weeks for delivery, items not shipped together , 2nd box sent after 1st box received - small boxes 1 via ups/ 1 via fed ex

Loved the patio set until the screws started randomly falling out and the patio set falls apart.

All I can say is you get what you pay for! I would not recommend this set to anyone. Quality is not great and it’s very small!

I only received some of the parts, no instructions in one box. Where is the rest of my items and directions?

Very uncomfortable. The cushions are hard and the back almost leans forward. Do not buy. I wish we could return it.
