Missing all the pieces and parts!

Poor quality and a pain to put together. Customer service has been terrible as well. One of the pieces was wrong so we couldn't finish assembly on 1 of the chairs. Still no response or replacement piece. Do not cheap out and buy from this company.

I returned it, but what junk.

It’s very hard to assemble this. Even after spending 4 hours not able to assemble all. Screws and holes are not aligned properly. I was not able to repack to return it. If at all possible I return this product. I haven’t checked the comfort yet.

This is a very low quality product. I should have expected that for the price I paid. At least they could’ve given me instructions and the hardware for assembly. I didn’t even receive all the right pieces for proper assembly. I was missing a cushion, 2 love seat arms, and the supports for the coffee table!!! I hope I don’t have any trouble returning it and getting my full refund.

There were various damage when I open the box. I didn’t open it right away because of some remodeling taking place in my house. But when I open the box the material was not the best and I found few pieces with damages. If I rate this product it will be minus one star. Not fair

Very uncomfortable the cushions are too thin not what we expected.

Cushions are cheap and low quality. No pillows but you will need to buy some. Not worth it.

On 8/19/20 I ordered a 4 piece patio furniture set which should have contains 2 armed chair, long chair and table. When received my merchandise I only got 1 armed chair. Never said in the description that this set would come in 2 separate boxes. Somewhat difficult to put together.

This product was very difficult to assemble. It took 2 people more than hours to assemble. The screws provided are very difficult to tighten especially with the 1 tool provided. We need to get additional tools and it still took so long to assemble. The quality of the pillows is not good either. I definitely recommend against this product.
