the furniture is nice, but we received the wrong arm for the bench and are requesting a replacement please. These are identical with the screw holes in the exact same place rather than being Mirror's of each other. All other #2 side arms were mirrors of the #1 side arms except this one.

This is a great deal, but be prepared for an event when assembling. We had to use several extra tools (clamps mainly) to get it to come together, and the instructions aren’t clear at all. Beware of the shipping notifications. It will show delivered when you only have half of the materials. However, customer service is 10/10. They were so quick to respond with additional tracking information and based on that the test came early.

The media could not be loaded. Good for a small patio. Cushions are very thin.

We noticed in putting it together there was a good sized hole in the bottom of the love seat wicker. The cushions are 100% not waterproof. every rain they soak up every last drop and have to dry for days. Okay value for the price.

This was a pretty good deal, and although somewhat difficult to assemble it went together okay. The main problem is that the cushions are far too thin making the chairs/love seat uncomfortable to sit in. I looked into purchasing better cushions to replace, but these are of a somewhat custom size and I can't find suitable replacements. I emailed Homall to see if an upgrade in the cushions was possible, but they said they have no other options. They did offer to refund $30 for my trouble, but that doesn't really help me to make these more comfortable.

Update: the cushions hold water for a very long time. It rained 2.5 days ago and my cushions are saturated making it impossible even use. It’s been sunny and hot for the last 2 days, no reason they shouldn’t be dry. I will have to look into getting new cushions that are truly outdoor cushions. Really disappointed. Assembly was a pain but worth it. Also, it came in two separate boxes on two separate days. I thought I was missing half of it, turns out it showed up another day. All in all, good purchase and beautiful furniture.

The product looked very nice in the photo, but when it was put together it looked like a toy set. It took my husband three hours to assemble and I was in awe when he was completed. It sits very low and cushions are very, very thin. Not to mention, I was so displeased, he had to disassemble it, so I could return it. Perhaps, it was the space I was using it in, but it was definitely a no go! It doesn’t allow comfort for the back and neck, which in turn allows one to cross and turn legs to get some level of comfort.

Some of the threaded inserts don't align easily with the opposing thru-holes in the frame. They require a very careful assembly of jumping around from screw to screw and only incrementally tightening each one. It works, but is time consuming. Also, the foam density used in the pillows is a little low. They compress a lot, especially under heavier people. If it goes flat too soon, I'll have to replace them with higher density foam. Otherwise, a great set for a compact area.

The furniture itself is really pretty, and very easy to assemble. BUT, there were a lot of issues getting the entire product delivery. First, it comes in at least two separate shipments. The second box arrived about two weeks after the first one. When we called about it, no one could seem to give us the correct information to track the second box. It did finally arrive, and when it did, one of the cushions had a black, oily substance on it. I asked the seller to send a replacement, and was told the warehouse was out of replacements. When I pushed back again requesting either a replacement or a full refund, they agreed to finally send a replacement cushion. Once everything arrived, it was a VERY nice set of furniture. My husband is 6'3" and thinks the back is a bit short, but not uncomfortable. For me, the back is perfect, and I'm 5'2". The color is a peacock blue, which is very bright and vibrant.

We purchased this patio set for our screen in porch. First issue was that the hardware for assembly came in a plastic/cardboard packaging which ripped open during shipment which of course spilled the hardware inside the box. Instructions could have proven to be better. There are two length screws and it was not clear which ones went where until it was too late and I had to go back and uninstall some of the long screws to go else where. Assembly in itself was not difficult. Once assembled the furniture looks great. We did need to purchase extra pillows for comfort. Overall the set was not bad for the price.
