Battery life could be a bit long but its doing the job

These sound good when I press them in, guess I need smaller caps to fit better. Otherwise just sound ok. I don’t expect great noise cancellation from ear buds so that’s not an issue for me. My biggest problem with this order was that I bought “used, like new” from Amazon, and they were REALLY used. Box ripped, no extra buds, they were hanging out of the plastic baggie, were dirty. I had to clean and sterilize before I’d touch them. I chose not to return because I needed them ASAP. Amazon should have done better.

works well for cost

I bought a brand new pair of Airpod Pro's and lost them on my second bike ride. For years, I used the airpod shuffle because I sweat a lot when I ride/ run and hate the feeling of not having my music player attached to my body. This is a happy medium. The sound is decent, battery life is great and I'm not going to lose them. Perfect for cycling.

I purchased this because of the battery life compared to that of smaller earbuds - 12 hours versus 4-6 hours. That part is good. They also come with four sets of ear pieces. I've had some devices that aren't comfortable or always feel like they're going to fall out when exercising. These fit well and are secure. I also purchased these to wear on a motorcycle to allow me to talk to my phone (instead of looking or touching it). I can, but what I wasn't expecting was the noise that comes through the cable that connects the two. When you're exercising and anything touches the cable, the sound comes through. If it's windy, that comes through a bit as well. I still think they are a great purchase and they work well in the gym. Outside in the wind, you'll have a bit of noise, but this can be covered by a shirt. I would still recommend the Beats Flex particularly when they're on sale. The battery life alone makes it worth it. The sound is satisfactory for my old ears. I just warn you about the rubbing noise on the cable. It's manageable, but it's there.

I expected the cord to be more flexible/less stiff. If you don't put the headphones in your ears correctly, the cord is awkward. I'm also not sure why there's 2 functions on each side. My cheaper Anker headphones I had for years was a more comfortable fit with only one controller on one side. Great sound, though, and great for the gym. Not worth returning despite my disappointment in the build
