Good headsets for the price range

Pairing is very easy for iOS devices, and battery life seems good so far. Really like the magnetic back sticking of the headset and the auto pause and play functionality. It even auto switched from my car radio to the headsets the moment I was on a call and I detached the earpieces to put them in my ear, which was surprisingly smart and good! Quality is good for the pricing tag, however storage can be tricky because of the springiness of the cable, which won't allow you to fully bend it (good for neck adjustment, bad for keeping it in a small pocket) Sound insulation is not great, compared to some Bose iE series, not exactly because of this particular model, but due to the type of tips that it uses. It isolates the ear canal, but by creating a seal in your ear it also causes you to feel the "oomps" sounds when you chew, or walk, or touch the cable. That also makes you hear yourself like in an echo chamber when speaking. If you opt for smaller tips or the double cone shaped one, it mitigates the effect, but also makes the headphones sound less, and the bass is considerably reduced, so I preferred to stick with the medium size ones, and deal with the echo-ness. Considering price range it's a good headset, not the cheapest but the M1 functionality adds its value to the mix.

I expected a better sound quality..

I expect a better sound quality. And better base from this "beats" product. But for the price is fairly good.

Good sound but has a malfunction

I shortly purchased a BEATS FLEX earpiece from your website on d.d. (10 May) I used it exactly 4 times to be persise. The last time I used it was in the gym. I am completely satisfied with the performance of this item but the last time using it I experienced a malfunction. Early in the morning I charged it full and everything was fine with it. When I was in the gym going through my course I paused the music to take a rest, that is when it hit me that the red light went on simultaneously with the white one, so I saw a pink light. It stayed on the whole time and the device completely did not respond no matter which button I pressed. I thought it needed charging (but that should have been the red light indicator). I put it on the charge and the pink light started blinking very slow. After I came home and googled for the problem, maybe it needed a reset'. Tried to reset it and now the light won't come on at all. Now the device isn't even responding to the charger and several. How can we fix this problem, please let me know.

Works fine but

Works fine but I like the old design better. I prefer that the volume and pause buttons be on the right side like the old wired iPhone headphones had.

Good, but not great

Good headphones, but I didn't like them so much, because of the number of points: 1) Bad sound quality. I've compared them to Airpods 2.2, Airpods 3 and Sony WH-1000XM4. In all the cases the quality is for the 3 stars 2) This device do not turn off itself. We should turn it off manually, otherwise the battery is flown away 3) Not so comfortable for sport activities. In the above mentioned list, Beats Flex is at the 2 place from the bottom)) Airpods 3 are not applicable to sport at all, for my ears. Currently I have Sony WF-1000XM4 for sport, and they are awesome 4) I didn't understand the feature of autopause using the magnets. In my case it was realized awful (doesn't work at all, or working in some time) Good points are: 1) Good integration with Apple devices 2) The price (I bought for 40$) It is better to add some money and buy Airpods 2.1 for Android or iOS devices. You would get better quality, better experience, better battery, more comfortable device

Clear Crisp sound

I dont believe i have ever seen a pair or earbuds before that would stick together because the magnets insie them were so strong. These do. So they have great responsiveness an crisp clean jigh and mid range. They could have a bit more base for my taste, but very few buds can manage that. Volume and base is a bit low compared to skull candy ink'd. But definitely crisper. If these have noise cancelation, I cannot tell. When jogging i could still hear cars etc that i could not with other buds i know to be noise cancelling.

Works well with Android

These are pretty damn good. I was able to set them up on my Android Pixel really easily. There's also an Android app but it's not necessary for set up. The app lets you change the EQ, shows you battery levels, and allows you to turn off the feature that automatically stops and starts music when you move the earbuds. Battery life is pretty good. My only complaint is that sometime the Bluetooth drops out.
