I needed wireless headphones, but did not want the airpods fearing I might loose them. In that sense these are great, stays around the next for when I need them. My only issue is turning them on and off is annoying.

I was debating whether to get these versus AirPods. I decided to pull the trigger on these and I’m happy I did. Using them for a few weeks now, the battery life is amazing. The headphones outlast my phone battery at least 3-4 times over, and even when they’re completely dead they only take 10 minutes to charge up another hour of listening time. They’re super comfortable for long listening sessions, and have very good sound quality. They also form a good seal in your ears, which helps restrict outside noises. The apple chip is awesome, and allows it to connect instantly with only one touch of the button. And the play/pause function with the magnet in the earbuds is very intuitive; when you’re not using them they “sleep” so your phone automatically plays sound thru the speakers. One thing to be wary of: it charges with USB-C, and only includes a stubby USB-C to USB-C cable. I’m lucky I own a new MacBook, otherwise I would’ve had to buy a USB-C wall plug. I’m overall impressed with the value for the convenience!

I have had these headphones for about two weeks and sue them daily. They are not top of the line, but they are also not $250 per pair. For my money these are wonderful. Very good sound quality and with several sets of "ear fittings" they fit snugly. They charge off of a standard computer line. For the price this is by far one of the better options. My only with would be a carrying case or case + charger.

I wear this and I don't like cord hanging front of my neck, therefor cord goes back of my neck. When you keep the cord on the posion, it needs control to be closer to ear bud. It is way too far to reach when you keep cord on back of neck. And also I don't like 2 controls and I would much prefer keeping a single control. Keeping in simple would be much preferable.

I like Beats, but it only works well with Apple products (I have an iPhone 7 and an iPad Air). I tried listening to a long interview on YouTube using my Pixel 3a cell phone and it kept disconnecting. But not with my iPhone 7. When you check the Bluetooth settings on the Pixel 3a, Beats is on, but the sound actually went back to the cell phone's speakers, disrupting people nearby who want silence. Everytime I restart Pixel, Beats is back on automatically, the sound is back in the ears, but, again, it only lasts about 60 seconds or so (even though under Bluetooth settings Beats is Active). I didn't give it 5 stars because of that.

I got these to replace another pair of wired bluetooth headphones that had the "perfect" feature -- they would turn on & off (rather than just mute) when the magnetic earpieces stuck together. By comparison, the Beats headphones are great (good sound, good noice cancel, etc) but when you place the earpieces together, they simply pause the bluetooth source. That makes it a little harder to e.g. put the headphones away to answer a call (assuming you didn't want to use headphones) or to switch between headphones (I used 2-3 different ones during my day). The sound quality is probably better since most people over 25 can't hear those highs anyway, I'm just guessing. Good base & fit, better than average for phone conversations.

They're fairly descent for running and working out

For how tiny everything is, the battery is impressive. Sound is in the “meh” category. Not really much bass, this is my first Beats headset and I was expecting a little more boombap from them. My main 8 points for future buyers: 1. Where the expletive can I find the battery percentage?!?! 2. Sound isn’t impressive, but great for $50 3. Where the expletive can I find the battery percentage?!?! 4. The mic is placed in an odd place. It rubs against my shirt collar when I’m using it. 5. Where the expletive can I find the battery percentage?!?! 6. Where the expletive can I find the battery percentage?!?! 7. Go with the yellow. I bought black and should have gotten the yellow. 8. Where the expletive can I find the battery percentage?!?! I can’t find the battery percentage display of what’s left on these earbuds to save my life. iPhone, newest iOS. When I DuckDuckGo it, all I can find is how to find it with the other Beats models, which doesn’t work for the flex model. Pretty 4-star-great for $50.

LOVED my beats x, always had a great time with them, and love the fact that I can throw them off my ear and they connect at the bottom, and for the most part these are the same. Positive difference: The sound and music control are all now on the thicker (neck) part of the device, so one side doesn't feel heavier, and the buttons are easier to reach (in my opinion). The sound is great and the battery life is awesome. Negative differences: The charger... one thing I loved about the beats x is that no matter where I was either me or someone had an apple charger, now even though the battery is significantly better, I'm stuck if I run out. the cube, if you're going to buy this get you a USB-C cube, it won't fit your regular cube, the cable is USB-C to USB-C. Lastly, I wish it came with a set of wings for your ears. the beats x accessories seemed to make the product more complete. At the end of the day, they are relatively cheap compared to other apple products but they are still great for daily use.
