14 Months later & I'm looking for another pair

Heavy use, but these things aren't built to last. Cracks formed on both buds, and the right ear bud has lost a lot of volume. They never worked that well to cover up the noise of my lawnmower and just got worse over time. Battery life was a plus though, often making it 2-3 work days between charging.

Disappointed

I was so excited about these beats and decided to go with a more expensive pair. But I am disappointed because of sound quality for phone calls is really not good. And unfortunately, because I bought these right before I left for my international traveling I missed the return window. I just got back on the 23rd the window closed on the 18th. If I chance there could be an exception that would be awesome. However I did not save the packaging because I thought these would be really great and there would be no reason to return. I ended up using my $5 pair of earplugs from Walmart. That was disappointing.

Comfortable

I don't need a bluetooth for anything other than listening to books on audio and answering calls. Although I have had complaints about other people not being able to hear me on a phone call the sound and comfort are good for everything else.

Should be $20 dollars 💸

The color and the product is nice. But the constant disconnecting and the issues with pairing have become unbearable! It would be awesome if they just turned off. The charger is one of those fast change ones. I didn't expect these to act like the million dollar headphones you see today. But they are not bad. I will say I hate how big the wire is on these and bose sound sport are much better. Pros: great battery life. Comfortable. Budget friendly I guess. Pauses music when it clips together Cons Pairing and unpairing. Constantly They aren't easy to use. The buttons don't make sense. Could have been amazing but they cheaped out

So any Issues!!

I'm used to this style earbuds, the ease of placing in ear when receiving a call and just dropping when done is great for me. The magnetic buds just come together when hanging down. The noise cancelling is not there, people know when I'm outside because they hear the wind. When answering a call I'm having trouble with the button. It tends to answer the call when I touch (not press) the button and hangs it up when I do press the button. It's annoying because they also take a second after you press the button to answer the call so you don't know it's answered or not when you touch it because of this delay. I only talk to my daughter and husband on the phone and maybe a few songs when going outside with my dog, so I'm not on the phone for hours. I do start with a 100% battery in the morning and by 2-3pm, the battery is low, I hear something like it's powering down noise. The phone will show 10%, so I place it on the charger. They do charge up pretty fast but the battery runs out even if you're not using them. The music is clear, ease in skipping to the next song, volume up & down and the song pauses when the buds come together. Yesterday the beats started disconnecting when not in use. I place the iphone on a stand next to me so I can see anything that comes into my iphone and it kept showing the connect and I would touch connect and done. This happened three times, so the last time it wanted me to touch connect again I checked my iphone to see if I was disconnected and I wasn't so I don't know what's going on with these beats. I got these because I had the beats that came before these and they only lasted a year but the battery never once run out on me. Still debating whether to return these, too many issues. UPDATE: They’ve disconnected on me twice while on a phone, the battery wasn’t low so don’t know what’s happening. I just don’t hear anything for awhile and look at my iphone (that’s on my desk) and the audio is on iPhone. I touch audio, then I touch beats flex again and it’s back on. The price is beyond unbeatable but they’re not good at all. Will be returning these. I’ve been using the speaker for calls because I don’t want to deal with these anymore.

Paying for The Brand Name

I travel a lot and always forget to charge my earbuds for the gym. I bought these as a backup in case my other ones die, or I forget them. I am pretty disappointed in these headphones and would not recommend that ANYONE purchases them. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. For the nearly 3.5 years now, I have been using the same $20 earbuds ("LETCOM" - no longer available on here) that I hadI bought through Amazon. The sound quality of these Beats earbuds cannot even come close to the sound quality of those cheap earbuds, which is really disappointing considering these are twice the price and have the brand name. When I first used these Beats earbuds, I found that I usually have to turn the music volume to 75% or more to hear music when either walking outside or working out. While working out in most commercial gyms, I can have the volume at 100% yet it still sounds quiet.. This seems to be a problem that I only have with these beats earbuds. It is rare that I have the sound at 100% with my other earbuds, yet they still sound louder and crisper than these Beats. As far as the apple chip and its compatibility with the iPhone, I do not see any difference between these and other generic Bluetooth earbuds other than that the iPhone will give you the exact battery percentage when you turn them on (similar to AirPods). With that, most Bluetooth earbuds I have tried with my iPhone still provide a charge indicator, it just is not as accurate. So iPhone "compatibility" seems minimal. For battery life, I can get about 9-12 hours out of these before the warning goes off that the battery is low (Depending on how loud I am playing music). This is pretty similar to most of my Bluetooth earbuds. As far as calls and call quality, there is some audio repetition where you can hear your voice within your earbuds while talking, similar to Airpod Pros with active noise cancellation turned off. For those who you are calling, I am told they do not notice any improved audio feedback on their end. Overall, it feels like you are paying for the name "Beats". As far as what these earbuds are capable of and the features that they offer, I can guarantee that you will find better ones here on Amazon for a more reasonable price. Hope this helps you :)

Basic Headphone, mediocre sound, annoying connection issues with Android Device

Bought these as a replacement to my Jabra Elite 65E. Pros: -Light -Easy to store -Music auto-stop feature -usb-c Cons: -Sound was flat with very limited bass. Frankly, the sound quality is not very good. You can buy substantially cheaper sets for better sound. -Speaker is poor, especially when walking outside. -If you have an Android, an app is required for pairing. When you connect from another device, the phone app keeps on taking the connection back. Only solution I found was to turn off my phone's bluetooth. This I found to be the most annoying and main reason I ended up returning the device. Overall, I think these headphones are not worth it. You're paying for the brand.
