I love the ease of use of them. My only complaint is the soft ear piece comes off easy and since I have small ears, it's hard. I need to have the choice to only get small ear pieces or the option to buy in addition to the initial purchase. How can I buy more of the small ear pieces?

I got these because I lose the in ear buds too easily. They are small enough to fit in my pocket but big enough so I don't lose them. Having said that, the sound is not great. Somewhat dull and tinny, and bass not as full as I like compared to my $20 skull candy hardwired buds.

Big fan of these. Sound quality is not Airpod quality but more than acceptable. Flat cabling has a nice weight that keeps it from bouncing around my neck during runs-love that! Buds stay put in my ears. USB C charge is convenient and fast. I can not yet speak to their durability but will update this review if they meet an untimely, sweat induced death.

The sound quality is ok. Using these for phone calls more than music. Battery life barely last 8 hours with intermittent calls.

The sound quality is decent I guess for the price point. The noise cancellation isn’t as good as others that I’ve had for this price. They’re pretty okay. I just expected more I guess.

It is good hands free ear piece , but battery life is short , could be longer. Also the mic should be at mid area close to ear piece. Overall good product

I'm a long time BeatsX user. So my review is comparing Beats Flex to BeatsX. 1. Battery. Battery life is even better on the Flex, but I never had an issue with battery life on the BeatsX so not a big plus in my book. 2. Fit. I read in another review that the eartips are a different size so the BeatsX tips don't fit on the Flex. Not true. My spare BeatsX tips fit just fine on the Flex. The BeatsX stayed in my ear well, and these do too. 3. Charging. Like everyone else says, they should have stuck with the lightning charging. I can't believe Apple did this. Newer technology? Come on, the latest iPhone still uses lightning. Tsk tsk. Still, for the lower cost of these headphones, I can afford to buy several new charging cables. 4. Sound. It's really close, but I think the sound quality on the Beats Flex is a bit better. The downside is the max volume is most definitely lower on the Beats Flex. They still go as loud as I typically want, but those who like to destroy their hearing with earbuds are going to be disappointed. 5. Buttons. I definitely find the location of the volume and play/pause buttons to be less convenient. I miss the in-line controls that were closer to the ear, not against my neck. I have no doubt this makes them more durable, but I hate having the volume buttons hiding behind my shirt collar. 6. Price. Here's where Beats Flex really wins. $39 right now on Amazon. That is wonderful. All in all, I preferred the BeatsX to the new Beats Flex, but if they were still for sale for $99, I'd be taking the $39 Beats Flex in a heartbeat.

For some reason these BEATS headphones have a hard time connecting with any bluetooth device except my iphone.

Loved the blue color, loved how they integrated with my iPhone, loved the magnetic earbuds aspect. Worked super well…..right up until they broke at 13 months. Just out of warranty! Boooo. While they’re inexpensive enough that I could just buy another set I’m considering getting one of the true wireless beats earbuds instead.
