I’ve had these headphones for less than a year. They were not charging or turning on. Called the number of the info booklet. I received a return box. Sent them back and within a few days, I received some new headphones. I use them for running.

Same review as I wrote on the green Earbuds. I did forget to mention they are very durable. My Irobot decided to vacuum them up and they still worked. Not my Irobot‘s fault lol

Battery life is very good and they have stayed working, considering I carry them around in my pocket and use at work in an Industrial environment. The last brand I used crapped out after a few months. A good purchase.

Well -- I just got these and so far they live up to the reputation of BEATS. Good, sound quality and the phone calls are clear and the recipients on the other end say call is clear. My ears are small and I have trouble finding "in-ear" head phones that are comfortable that I can leave in for long periods of time (listening to music and receiving and making calls) and so far these fit the bill only other review would be battery life -- it says up to 12 hours (wish it were longer) -- I use wireless ear buds all the time (driving, working in yard and mowing, cooking so I can do everything hands free) I truly hope the battery life lives up to the specs...will let you know!!!

Sound good, and easy to do my work with them around my neck and in my ears.

I first bought Beatflex because I wanted a nice pair of Bluetooth headphones. Then my husband took them and started using them. He had bought both him and I a few different pair of earbuds but they kept falling out of our ears. I finally bought another pair of beatflex so now we both have a pair and now they are the only ones we use. They do not fall out of my ears, they are comfortable, and they charge quickly.

I had to go wireless because my poor old iPod nano audio port was no longer working. I have an old LG but the battery doesn’t last long so I bought this used from Amazon. It looked good as new when I opened the box and then it worked beautifully for two weeks and then stopped working, with the red charging light on constantly. I checked the website and reset it and it has worked beautifully. Very good battery life and audio, less impressed with the noise cancelling and it’s a lot more visible when I’m wearing it (constantly), but I still really like it.

For anyone who needs a good, solid pair of Bluetooth headphones to make their lives more convenient, I would definitely recommend getting the Beats Flex. The sound actually goes really loud and it comes with different ear tips so you can try them out to see which one works best for you. The bass is heavy, it's full, it's crisp ~ literally everything that you could want from pair of headphones. The sound quality is not tinny at all, and even at max volume, the bass is produced so well that it doesn't make it seem like your ears are bleeding. The fitted eartips actually do a really good job at blocking out sound, so if you have your music on loud ~ and even quiet sometimes ~ you cant hear your surroundings which is good if you want that full sound experience. It's also good for blocking out noise even if you're not playing any music in them, keep in mind, however, that they are NOT noise cancellation earbuds, they just do a sound job at blocking out noise. I would buy them again if mine broke for whatever reason, they come with a beats logo sticker ~ if you care ~ and they also have really good battery life. 10 minutes really will get you a lot of playback time. They will last you the whole day if you are using them on and off frequently. They also do charge really quickly, I've found that literally 30~44 minutes gives me 100% charge. Just buy them at this point, I got the 'Zuzu Yellow' color, but it actually looks more green on the website, and it is like a light, bright green in person, which is what I would have preferred. 10/10.

These beats are great. I use them all day and don't have to worry about losing them. The sound is clear and noise control is a plus.

Good sound, good battery life, great for calls, good features.
