Update: Going to have to return :-( I got these for the long battery life since I need to wear them all day - they fit well as far as staying in the ear goes, but after wearing them for several hours they hurt so bad. They push on the little bit of cartilage above the ear lobe if that makes sense. I want to like these so bad but they just keep hurting. I thought maybe I'd get used to it but I haven't. Someone answered a question about whether or not these were good for small ears and they are! I like the sort of half wire set up because I'm always afraid of dropping expensive ear buds somewhere I can't find them. I don't have to worry about that with these but I'm still "wireless". The sound quality is good overall. The noise cancelling isn't as good as the first brand that I bought (it isn't active noise cancellation) but those were too big for my ears and wouldn't stay in. I think it is adequate for most settings.

I have owned a lot of Bluetooth headphones, so I feel qualified to rate them. This one is a little bit of a love hate thing, because I really like some things but really dislike others. Here's the sum up: . Pros: Good sound, excellent fit (lightweight and comfortable), fairly good microphone, and very good range. Battery life was not as good as advertised (I've never gotten 12 hours out of it), but I generally get a good six or more hours with some time for being on standby. . Cons: battery life not nearly what advertised, requires an app to run (so you can't see the battery life unless you're in the app), buttons could be better designed. So, not too many items in the cons section, but each of them could be a deal breaker for some. Final verdict. It has some drawbacks, but it is one of the favorite ones that I wear because it is comfortable and quality. If you feel that you could deal with cons, then this one would be a good choice.

They work good but I have a hard time keeping them in my ears

Used to have the BeatX by Dr. Dree and I had them for 4 years and battery started to drain VERY rapidly at the end. They had a good 4 years of used. Unfortunately the aren't manufactured any more, or I couldn't find them, so I bought this ones. This are a good match, but not the same. Flex have less sound quality, fit different in the ear. The cable around the neck is much than BeatX (I preferred the BeatX length). Overall they are a good earbud. Goos sound quality, not very good or best. But they are Ok if you are looking for a not so expensive earbuds with nice quality.

I bought these hoping to use for running, but they are approximately the 57th set of headphones that don't work well for me running, as my ears seem to be some freakish shape that no earbuds will stay in. The sound-proofing earbuds can't be used for running due to the thumping sound that comes with each step, and the looser "letting-some-sound-in" buds didn't stay in my ears - a gust of wind blew the whole thing back 5 feet. I'm back to the original wired earbuds for running. Oh well. But anyway, for all other uses these things are amazing. And after an evening of overconsumption I accidentally put these into the wash, and they still work perfectly. So yeah don't worry about using them in the rain. I feel like 4 stars is looked at negatively but this is a positive review in my opinion - just not the solution for running to music for me. Also an excellent value.

Didn’t come with a charge cable or extra ear tips. The description said it would have everything except the original packaging. Just had a plastic bag with the headset

I wasn’t expecting them to only charge with a USB-C cord, but that’s my mistake for not checking. I had to buy a block with a USB-C port. Sound quality is good and it works well.

I like them!! It's worth the money

Sound is decent, but don't expect hypebeast quality for the price. Good for bike riding and other relaxing activities.

The sound quality is good and the controls are intuitive. However, the microphone gets pressed against my neck and muffles my voice when I talk on the phone. I have to pull the microphone away from my neck when I talk
