This Minecraft "Ghast" toy is a lot of fun and represents the movie/game figure very well. It is a tad unsettling seeing a "real life" representation of a pixel block-world game but of course that is the intent of the movie itself. As such, there was plenty of laughter from my children (ages 12 and 10) to see a character from the game they play in a "real world" appearance. The toy itself functions very well - it is easy to assemble and it includes a button on the top of the ghast to make ghast-noises that are very accurate to the Minecraft game itself. The loop of sound also isn't tinny or overly repetitive and it changes based on whether it is "firing" the ball of fire from its mouth. My children had a lot of fun chasing each other around the house with this and "firing" on other toys and figurines. It had a substantial playtime and held their focus for quite some time. Personally, I am a fan of the durability and imaginary play that this provides. The plastic frame is very flexible and can withstand regular child play. This would be a great gift for any school-aged fan of the Minecraft series!

This is a really fun set. We love when sets have 2 or more characters so both brothers can play at the same time. This has a ghast that has great sound effects and a launching fire charge projectile. And it also has a Piglin warrior that holds a crossbow. The hot air balloon style platform that the ghast sits on is easy enough to assemble that my six year old put it together on his own. Launching button on the ghast is easy to push. This has lots of replay value.

This Minecraft: The Movie - The Big One Ghast Toy is an absolute must-have for any Minecraft enthusiast! The size is impressive—much bigger than I expected—which makes it perfect for both display and play. The details are spot on, from its signature floating tentacles to its eerie yet adorable face.

The toy comes with the parachute and pigman. Pigman has his crossboy. Make sure the parachute doesn't seperate like in the 2nd pic. If it does, just push into place u til it clicks on all corners. There areas in pigmans's feet and the bottom of the parachute that help him studily stand when joined together. They are in 2 different places, so changes his stance in the parachute. The best part is the button on the top of the parachute, that when pressed, shoots the arrow from his mouth and makes a creepy noise. It truly is endless entertainment.

I gave this to my 8 year old daughter who loves Minecraft. She had a lot of fun setting up targets for the Ghast to knock down and she loves the piglin. Definitely happy with this toy. The ghast makes noise, but it isn’t unbearable.

This product was provided to me for the purpose of reviewing it. It is sturdy and feels well made. The figure has many movable joints, making it surprisingly poseable. It is a great toy for any Minecraft fan. The sound effects were a nice touch that my son enjoyed as well. My only concern was the weight of the figure. It was pretty heavy, so it wouldn’t be advisable for a child that throws toys.
