This is a great vacuum for spaces with both carpet and hardwood floors. The suction power on the carpet is amazing, after using this vacuum in our bedroom, where my long-haired dog loves to sleep (and shed all his hair), you would have thought I hadn’t vacuumed for a month with the amount of fur and carpet dirt/dust came up. In all actuality, it had been about 3-4 days since I had last vacuumed. My carpet looked almost brand new and the difference in using this vacuum from our regular one was truly evident. Using the smaller turbo brush on the couch was like getting to use a professional vacuum you’d find at a car wash. It even got up all the extra fuzzy material coming off the couch. I used the same brush on my daughter’s car seat as it was covered in glitter from her Halloween costume… end result was zero glitter in sight. I love how quick and easy it is to switch the tubing to use the different tools, it’s a plus to not have to stop what you’re doing and take the whole vacuum apart just to use a different mode. The HEPA allergy system is also a great perk to prevent the sniffles that usually come from all the dust and dirt being kicked up. This vacuum makes cleaning easy and it also simple enough that my 5 year old can use it! I’d definitely recommend to anyone, even more so if you have pets and/or children!

I have a long-haired Ragdoll cat and 2 young boys, so my home needs vacuuming nearly every day. Between the cat-hair-tumbleweeds and typical kiddo messes, I have been looking for something that will handle both, along with regular household dust/dirt with ease. Thankfully, I've found it in the CleanView Max FurGuard Vacuum. With its enormous suction power, I know I'm getting up everything that I pass over, small or large, the first time. The dust cup really is XL, it takes a LOT to fill it up, so it reduces stopping to empty over and over. The FurGuard technology on the main brush roll is great and I only wish it was duplicated on the turbo pet attachment. The attachment wand is very long and stretchy, which is important to me. (I'm on the shorter side, so having a long and flexible attachment is helpful when I'm cleaning things up high.) The power cord is quite long, so there's no searching for a new outlet every few feet, either. So far, the CleanView Max FurGuard Vacuum has tackled everything that I've thrown at it without skipping a beat, including my cat's favorite sleeping spot that gets covered in his fur. (See attached picture!) I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who's looking for a true "pet hair" vacuum, this is the one!

Our shark vacuum was finally giving out on us after having it for a few years. I was debating on getting another shark until I started researching the Bissell brand vacuums and this one caught my eye. Let me tell you I'm so glad i did!! I'm not exaggerating when I say this cleans better than my shark vacuum ever did!

To get the best idea of how well this vacuum could clean, I vacuumed, shampooed my carpets, and vacuumed again. When I initially vacuumed, I went over the carpeted areas of our home two times. For reference: we have a chocolate lab, my husband, myself, and two daughters with very long hair (mid back and longer). With my prior vacuum I would vacuum 3 times prior to shampooing carpets, and still get large clumps of hair. With the Bissell CleanView Max FurGuard I only vacuumed twice, and only had a couple of very small hair clumps near where our dog sleeps. After the carpets dried, I vacuumed again and still got a canister full, but I was impressed because my old vacuum typically only had 1/4 or less of the canister full after shampooing carpets. This vacuum has good suction power and leaves great lines in the carpet (very important to me). My sister cleans houses for a living and said “I don’t normally like corded vacuums, but it’s pretty light and the suction power on this vacuum makes the cord worth it!” I love that the canister can detach, and that I can walk around and use the wand attachments to clean baseboards. Vacuums often have a ton of attachments, but I appreciate the innovative way that they incorporated the long skinny attachment and the dusting attachment into one! When detaching the canister, it is not quite as lightweight as I had hoped, but it’s not bad! I debated between 4 stars and 5 stars because the vacuum does not do amazing at cleaning the hardwood floor corners. While it doesn’t scatter debris like other vacuums I have owned, it doesn’t get in the corners super great. However, the wand detaches easily enough to just vacuum the corners that it doesn’t clean amazing. And at the end of the day, this vacuum does a great job getting my hair, our daughters hair, our dog’s hair, and all the dirt and crumbs distributed by my family. This is the first vacuum I have owned with lights, and I love the feature! It illuminates the crumbs and hair on the floor, and it helps me make sure it’s clean!

Our household includes 2 active children under the age of 10, 1 dog and 2 indoor, outdoor cats. We spend a lot of our time outdoors and track all sorts of things into our home, yet it is a priority for us to keep our house clean. The CleanView Max FurGuard vacuum helps us do just that. We have used it for the last couple of weeks daily and the powerful suction picks up everything off of our hardwood floors and rugs - crumbs dropped by my kiddos during meals, pencil shavings and tissue paper from an art project, pet hair in the crevices of the couch. We are enjoying quite a few of the features. The LED lights on the vaccuum are bright and allowed us to see the dust in harder to reach places. We were then able to lift the lightweight pod off of the base, and use the wand to clean those areas. Also, because I struggle with seasonal allergies, I find comfort in knowing that the vaccuum is HEPA sealed approved. Overall, I would highly recommend this product and giving it a try.
