What they say is true order a size or 2 up. I'm usually a medium but ordered a large and it holds me comfortably without leaving marks. I am on the smaller side (size 4 or 6 pant and a 34/36 in a normal bra). Super comfortable and lightweight but enough support to hold my post breastfeeding boobs

I like that the removable pads are large enough to cover you properly, Very comfortable.
