There was some variation in size in the pack I got, but they all fit. XL for a 38 DD. In that size the padded cups are just ridiculously small, but I was planning on removing them anyway so it didn't matter :-) The material is comfy, supports without binding, and doesn't seem to stretch out (I've only been wearing them for a couple of weeks)

No inserts but very comfortable. Size up, but does stretch.

When they arrived & I removed them from the package, I was discouraged thinking they were too small but i tried them on anyway. Surprise! They fit & they are comfortable. I like the wide shoulder straps but the pad inside the cup is annoying so i removed it, which was easy to do. Bought Large, wear 36 D

I fluctuate between a 40DDD and a 42G. I have a pinched nerve right in my bra strap line on my back. More serious bras cause my fingers then hands to go numb. I was looking for something with a little support but comfort like pajamas. I found it. I ordered a 4x. I’m also 6’2” so for the shorter gals the straps might be too long.
