Too slow, can never see who is at door, sometimes picture downloads but 65 percent of the time it does not

You pay for what you get quality okay, all they want you to do is buy into cloud storage or similar. First 2 days impressed but there were photos every few seconds. Then no storage, then batteries died in 1 week 2 days. Don't believe anything they say about longer.

Seemed like a nice quality when I installed it but it doesn't take photos when it should and the motion detector doesnt seem to catch things it should. If you're looking for a doorbwll with added security features I'd pass on this one. Pretty disappointed

Connection issues non stop. Images are sub par all in all leaves you wanting more. Returning and spending the extra for a ring.

The picture lags and shakes and is not clear.

Would up using the doorbell as an imitation ring. Never could get it to work right.

Would've loved another chime. Can't hear it throughout the house, so returned; bought one without camera, but with 50+ different chimes and included a second. VERY loud, even at the lowest setting. Couldn't be happier.
