Great value for money, and piece of mind. It was definitely worth the price. The motion detection works, although the door chime is a bit low. The pictures sent are good quality and I can clearly see my stairwell. The only thing is, it's an American product and you cannot register yourself as living in the UK, it only gives you the choice of the U.S. All in all, definitely a great product though and would buy again.

Software is not as User-Friendly and many times unresponsive Camera should cover 180 degrees, not just 60 degrees. NIGHT VISION IS REALLY NIGHT!!!! Speed of stitching foto is too slow. Another chime rings within that time of knowing who is at the door. Sometimes no foto for quite some time or software freezes Anyway, WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT SUCH A LOWEST PRICE. Thanks Kangaroo.

I made a few mistakes. The doorbell camera has two main parts: the camera itself and the white transmitter/receiver. Make sure the white receiver is very near your modem. Once you have them paired, you can set up the camera. I didn’t put the camera in the Center of the door; that is where it should go to get the best field of view. Fortunately there is another adhesive backing strip in case you want to move the camera. For the price, it is a very good unit.

The media could not be loaded. The product is easy to install, picture quality good and motion detection excellent. You can see in the picture above that every motion is detected by the product even when the wind blows the tree. But the very bad thing is the battery of the product does not last. I kept changing battery every one week. I had to complain to the company the replaced the product but I still have the same problem of battery again. My sister bought the same product the same product and has not change her battery since more than month. May be am just unfortunate to experience this. All the same every other aspect of the product is very good.

Not bad for the price. Could use a wider angle fish eye lens because if it is mounted at stomach level it may not capture the face of the person. If it is mounted at chest level it does not see the floor of my 6 foot deep porch, so would not see packages. Also, I mounted it on the right door frame so the narrow angle may not capture a person in the Center or left. Motion detection is a bit slow. It missed the person coming up the 4 steps and showed me the side and back of him as he walked down the steps

I didn’t buy it for its motion detection. Which is good because it’s garbage. I don’t know how many times I’ve had a delivery and it doesn’t tell me there was any motion. Someone walks right up to my door and no detection. But sometimes cars in the parking lot trigger it. I have no clue what’s up with it. The photo quality is pretty poor too. HOWEVER I only actually bought it so that I could actually hear the doorbell anywhere in the house. And THAT works perfectly. Knowing when the doorbell has been rung by getting a notification on my phone is perfect for someone who has hearing issues.

It's easy to download the app from Google Play Store and set it up. It has an adhesive sticker on the back to mount it or a couple of screws with wall plugs. It's operates on non-two rechargeable batteries. The adaptor has a three point extension in case you live outside The U.S.. The motion capture is okay but the downside is if someone glides past very fast it does not capture them. But overall it's worth it for the price.

Let's give a true review of this, it's not a ring and does not pretend to be. I bought it yesterday would not pair using my phone, customer support was next to useless but tried pairing with tablet and it connected fine, then just downloaded app on my mobile and signed into my account all working well. Simply regard it as a cordless doorbell that has the additional feature of taking a low quality but recognisable image of whoever presses it or gets near it, cannot upgrade cloud as its not set up for UK push notifications can be slow, BUT at the price I think its good value, It will not work as security to prevent anything happening at the time apart from the visual deterent of a camera, but can be useful if you needed to look back earlier in the day to identify someone. Door chime is a bit quiet though. Personally I think it's worth the money if you are not expecting to get a ring for £20 ish pounds

The doorbell provides near instant phone notification and chime feedback (maybe 1 second delay). The camera is NOT very good, but what do you expect? At $35 dollars, it's about $15 more expensive than the cheapest Amazon wireless doorbell (without a camera). If you haven't seen video reviews, this doorbell only provides a 3 second gif using 4-5 photos (right after doorbell was pressed). The image quality looks like it comes from a toy camera - poor resolution, bad colors. The doorbell struggles ESPECIALLY when background light is bright (e.g. daylight) as the person's face does not get exposed. The box comes with an ND filter (which I haven't tried and I doubt will do much). But the general situation is still captured, even if the face is underexposed. And at dawn, dusk, and night, the doorbell does gets a pretty decent image of the person's face (although I question how useful this timeframe is). If you are wondering what use case this will have, it's this: If you want a battery doorbell and don't mind spending just a little more for a camera function - to get a general sense of what was at the doorbell. If you intend on using this for security and ID faces, I doubt it's usefulness - which is also why I recommend turning motion sensing OFF as it would unnecessarily drain battery life (without giving any beneficial recordings). Best to treat it as a doorbell with a unique twist rather than a video doorbell competitor.
