I only had the option to purchase the equipment with a porch protection plan due to 'availability.' Upon receipt, I received no further details on the porch protection plan purchased. It comes with 90-day activity history and 365 day cloud storage, along with theft coverage. I have no way of tapping into these activity and storage features. For my equipment and app, it asks that I pay to upgrade for these features. I've attempted to get assistance through product/tech support to access my plan but no success. Not happy.

I guess for the price it is OK. But it is not consistent on catching movement. There is only 3 adjustments on how far out it goes.

Drops Wi Fi signal .. doesn’t always work.. you get what you pay for.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Works for what I need it to except at night the night view is not very good. For overall use it works well.

Everything works great and easy to install, but no audio or realtime video.

I loved this so much I bought 2!! But after,a year my phone# has changed + my WiFi provider! I've tried EVERYTHING!! To get this to work! And of course,Its to late,to just xchange🙄😭😭

Chime volume not loud enough. Motion detection not sensitive enough. Can't entirely delete photos from history (I don't want to see fuzzy representations of photos I've deleted I want them gone). More space is taken up in the app by ads for additional products (that I don't want) than for the basic functions. Very distracting and inconvenient. I bought this because I wanted its basic function and capability. I don't want ads for other things I didn't want in the first place. My house is ~130 years old. It has an ancient doorbell that hasn't worked for decades. I'm deaf in one ear. I want a doorbell that takes still images it sends to my phone, and I want the chime loud enough for me to hear wirh my one good ear. I don't want to rewire, and I have good wifi (multiple access points). I get lots of packages delivered. It would be nice if the doorbell could detect deliveries. It doesn't, so far.

I live in an apartment and with the hall traffic it drives me nuts. It was very easy to install. The batteries have to be changed every few months. I could due without the ads to upgrade on my cell phone. But it is a little added security and it catches all the movements outside my door.

Does its job as a deterrent. Motion detection is very insensitive or oversensitive. Some people coming and going are simply not detected, no matter the sensitivity settings. Then again moving branches trigger the picture recording. Most people coming are recorded when they leave, i.e. from the back. The picture files are okay, but leave out details and the stitched picture files are very short. But that was not the point for me. I just wanted something that tells people that there is some type of recording going on, and the kangaroo does its job. Its clearly visible from the outside, very easy to install and to set up to my home wifi. The app on the phone has lots of delays and stallings, but again, this device is not geared towards a continuous and realistic monitoring of the doorway in real time video quality. And it's so cheap that it is overall worth for my needs. If you need a reliable monitoring device, go elsewhere.
