Operation :
1. Turn on the switch.
2. Choose the mode according to your needs
3. You can gradually adjust the output by pressing the Mode button until you feel comfortable.
4. If you change the mode, the stimulation will stop. You can set the stimulation degree again. Please switch off the device after you finish massaging.

Notes:

1)Please dont apply the massage pad when the device is on, otherwise you will get a strong shock.

2) If the massage pad fails to stick to your skin firmly, you can buy some medical tapes to fix it.
