Activation and set up was a breeze. Only had a week using it in one area but so far so good. No issues will come back and update after come time passes
Works as our backup internet connection when at home and our primary when we are traveling. Pretty simple to use. Good battery life, seems to last a full day with consistent use. Really nice to have kids watch Netflix movies when taking long trips.
Activation was a breeze, took less than 5min and I had the hotspot up and running. Great and easy product to use
I am not sure what issues others are having but I purchased the GB plan and the device in store. I went home and set it up online from my phone. I Followed the directions. On the directions there are 2 website you can go to for setting changes. One of them didn't work for me but I was able to go on to the other in order to make changes if needed. It works well. I use it for when my kids are some where that doesn't have wifi and they need to complete online home work. It's fast for this purpose. I have not used it for anything else though as I do have internet service at home.
I get good reception with it even way out in the country.
It works good in places that are difficult to have internet
