I have purchased two iRobots in the past. They didn’t last. I have 2 cats and one dog. This is the best vacuum ever. It works for 11/2 hours and goes back to the base. I love it so much I am going to buy another one.

I have wanted to try a robot sweeper for a long time. The Open Box Eufy was priced right to give me the push. So impressed! This little guy is fairly low tech (like me), so no apps on the phone, but I set and forget for a daily 9:30 a.m. sweep. He is very random but that is fine with me. He eventually gets everywhere and that is all I care about. We are 100% tile with a couple of throw rugs. I move the 2x3 fringed rug but the non fringe doesn’t seem to bother him. When he gets tired he heads back to the base to recharge. I am amazed at how much he picks up and find emptying him daily simple and quick. I love walking around barefoot to my house now and wonder how I got along without him!

I recently got hard-surface floors in most of my house and have three cats.Even though I clean and mop a couple times a week, my floors always feel slightly gritty to walk on in bare feet, so I decided to get some automated help.I wasn't looking to spend nearly $1,000 on an automatic floor cleaner, but when I saw the eufy at the price it goes for, I figured I'd give it a try and could always send it back. I'm not going to.This machine is fairly quiet and very effective at cleaning floors. It went from hard surfaces to carpet and area rugs without problems. And the amount of stuff it swept from my already clean floors is amazing - I should have taken a photo.It's easy to start using, the remote is great, and it's easy to clean. For regular home floor cleaning, this machine is a deal.Added bonus: the cats watch it like they're at a tennis match - hours of entertainment.

This is our third robot vac (all different brands) so we're pretty experienced with them. This was to replace a competing bot that croaked after 16 months - which is unacceptable. That brand might remind one of an aquatic creature. So what about this eufy? This is for our upstairs which is bedrooms and baths. We have a sleigh style bed that has very low rails all the way around - not just the head and foot boards but all four sides. No other bot would go under it and it was seriously dusty. I was blown away that this bot goes right under! AMAZING! The nightstands are the same - no other bot would go under - but this one does. I knew they touted how slim it is - but I didn't expect it to get under our bedroom furniture. We found one spot that the eufy would get hung up on under our bed (fishing it out was not fun). We put a strip of the included boundry area stuff down on the floor and problem solved. Ohhhhh the nasty fine dust this thing gets up! I run our bots pretty much every day. We have hard surface floors which lets this bot run close to two hours. Suction seems great and it is super quiet - the quietest of the three bots. When I empty the bin every day I pull hair off the two spinning brushes on the 'front'. Two of us have long hair and we have a dog (he doesn't shed much) so this is something that I just have to do. No problem - takes about a minute - easy. A time or two each week I pull the 'beater bar' brush off to remove the hair as well - again - no problem. I take care of the bots so they can make my life easier. We've only had this one a week but so far so good. The test will be - does it last? Hopefully I get many years of service from it.

I purchased a eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 30 November, 2018. It worked well for almost a year but then started to make a loud noise and was not operating as it should. Since I had a few weeks left on the one year warranty, I thought that I would be subjected to a lot of hassle when trying to return, repair or replace the unit. Instead, Arina from customer service simply asked me to take a few photos and send a video of the problem and she promptly sent out a refurbished replacement unit without expecting me to return the defective unit. The refurbished RoboVac worked well but it was louder than a new vac was when I first recieved it. I figured that I would just live with the noise until a few weeks later Arina emailed me to follow-up and I advised her about the noise. Once again, Arina simply asked me try some basic troubleshooting and to send a video of the noisy vacuum. I did that and the unit was still loud. With that in mind, Arina told me I could keep the loud vacuum and then sent me yet another quieter refurbished RoboVac. After a week or so, Arina followed up with me yet again and I told her the vacuum worked great. Dealing with Arina and Eufy was so refeshing and professional. In this automated world, I have enountered countless hours of indifferent customer service reps who seem as if they deliberately drop customer service calls, fail to track the history of customer service incidents or send emails that a customer is unable to reply to asking for further information (LG for example). I have spent hours trying to resolve simple issues as a matter of principle. This was not the case with Arina and Eufy. With this in mind, I will do what I almost never do. I will sing their praises. Kudos to Arina and to Eufy!!! You set the standard!

My eufy has now been going 4 and a half years. It is great on pet hair and dander, not to mention regular dust and crumbs. Yes, it does get stuck on rug fringes and occasionally under a bookcase. But I've made it last by cleaning the rotors, brush and filters regularly and swapping them for new ones occasionally, plus I installed a new battery (easy) when the first one would only last 15 minutes before pooping out. Very happy I chose this instead of the pricey competition!
