The media could not be loaded. My husband absolutely loves these pillows, however I don't feel like they gave me enough neck support. It's a great price for getting two pillows, they are comfy, good size, can't seem to be holding up very well.

You get what you pay for. These are perfect “fill in” pillows. I have very expensive pillows for sleeping but these are quality ones for the price. Very happy with them

They're not considered soft or firm or hard they are mushy like a marshmallow you can't your head just sink down to the bed

At first the pillows were just what I needed as a stressed insomniac, but after about 2 weeks the pillows started to get flat and there was very little support.

I’ve been using these for months and months now. I’m shocked to see reviews saying theirs went flat. I bought two for myself and can barely use one at a time when I’m ready to settle down and sleep.They’re great for my lower back to my shoulders. It’s super soft and I can just feel it molding to me. My head and neck do sweat with it and I have to keep flipping it for the cooler side. I wish I had these when I was pregnant - for my belly and for between my legs for hip pain.

Was looking for a firm pillow and I would say this is more of a semi-firm pillow if there’s such a thing. Not bad for price. But, if you want a firm pillow, this isn’t it.

I ordered a firm pillow. Every time my puppy gets on, she leaves a big indention in it. Not firm enough.
