Love the product, but I ordered it with drive-up service and it was very visibily dented when given to me. Clearly someone saw it before packing it up. As I needed it that night, didn't have time to exchange it so now we have a brand new dented hydroflask a lesson learned.
Bottle showed up with the wrong cap, non-straw cap … plus it was dented on the bottom. Now they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops to return it with UPS, turning me away from the store at the customer service desk. Really target?
Not what I ordered and even though it was the wrong item, it was damaged.
