Very nice umbrella for the price !

How come the LED lights on this umbrella DO NOT Work? Please let me know why. Thank You.

Easy assembly, don't like the base (used rocks) and the material it's made of seems cheap. Will probably last this summer and that's it. Nice led lights on the inside. Big umbrella.

It's a great size and color and was easy to put together. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the instructions failed to mention that it requires heavy pavers to weigh it down. The were inexpensive to buy and with the pavers on the base it feels very secure, but I would have appreciated a heads up that they were needed so that I could have had them on hand before we put it together.

Overall satisfied with the product. instructions were a bit vague but a little common sense gets the job done. I deducted one star for the reason many have already stated. Its base does not hold the umbrella in place requiring extra weights to be placed on the base. That issue should be mentioned in the description.

Over all not bad. Only complaint is the arm that holds the umbrella is a little short. My previous one had an arm about a foot longer which gave more space around the base.

Well I haven’t had a chance to open the box yet but the box is almost split in half and I had washers and stuff on my porch when I went to pick it up and bring it in the house. So we will see what the product looks like when I actually look inside. My guess is to send it back would be way too much of a hassle.

The instructions for the base are cryptic, apparently you have to buy square pavers to weigh it down, I'm attempting to send it back because I was sent the wrong color and I did not want to buy pavers -- I have other umbrella bases but they're too low to accommodate this umbrella. 3 emails to customer service without return instructions makes me wonder about the level of customer service at tanga

Base is not strong enough to hold umbrella...and it will not go in a normal base!

Packaged well, all parts included but the included instructions left a lot to be desired. We’re struggling with a section of the umbrella that will not insert & lock in place. Canopy material isn’t of quality we would prefer, summer in Texas will put it to the test. The base requires additional support to withstand against 25-30 winds that are normal for north Texas area.
