I have been searching for a pillow like this for a while but was always put off by the price or the reviews. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this. When it arrived, it was vacuum sealed and I was super leery. I thought it was going to smell and be too small or that it would never get firm enough to provide the support I was looking for. I was wrong on all counts. It never did smell and while it is smaller than I liked, it is not too small. It's actually perfect for me to use. The support is exactly what I was looking for. I love that I can remove or adjust the neck support roll completely. Definitely worth it.

I bought this pillow in a taupe color. It’s a great neutral color, almost a light grey/silver. The roll is adjustable via three different height buttons. The buttons are big, but not difficult to attach to roll. It’s the perfect size for my sofa.
